If you traveled through the new home page to read this post, you’ve already experienced the site makeover in progress. I got so tired of trying to force WordPress themes to do what I want, learning a page-building program and starting from an empty screen seemed easier! *eye twitch*
My feed reader continues to pick up new posts without making any changes there. If you have the blog bookmarked, however, updating the link to https://lenabrassard.com/blog/ will cut an extra click from every visit.
The rest of the site retains its existing URLs, and the plan is to keep it that way. “TEST PAGE” may appear in the menu while fresh eyeballs check my work, but it will slide into the proper place eventually.
I’m working now on making the Books page a much better portal than the wasted opportunity it is currently. I’ve done the cosmetics but still have to replace the filler text to make the “Learn More” button worth clicking.
Marketing isn’t an enjoyable pastime for me, so that could take a while to materialize. Other pages will roll out in descending priority.
